A bit loud at night due to music at Stacky Jacks and you can hear the oyster house crew in the alley at night between the condo and restaurant. Neither seems to go on very late though so not too bad. Remotes for TVs were a bit of a mess to figure out. Had to replace batteries in two of them. A few minor things that needed to be checked. A loose flush handle on the toilet downstairs. Low water pressure in showers. Both probably should be replaced to be honest. My youngest kid found an old piece of fruit under the kids beds. Maybe better cleaning there by cleaning ladies. Convenient to restaurants within walking distance and relaxing area along the intercostal waterway. We didn’t do any cooking but ample supplies available in the kitchen. If you have small children to bed early please note Tacky Jacks next door had live music from like 6 pm to 9 pm. Definitely loud enough to hear inside the condo. The property was in a great location. It wasn't too busy, and I think it would be the same in the summer season! I even was able to see a couple of dolphins in the intercoastal waterway! It was about 6 miles to the fields and easily accessible to the roadways. The residence was quite and we had no issues. We did feel bad though that the car alarm went off shortly after we arrived around 2am. My son was asleep and we locked the door while we walked the dog real quick. He tried to open the door and set off the alarm. We ran back as quickly as we could. The place was clean and there were plenty of towels which we appreciated. We were so happy there was a dog bowl readily available so our dog could hydrate while we unloaded the vehicle. The beds were very comfortable. I do wish there was a blow dryer as we forgot ours.
