Perfect vacation spot! Waterfront property - located on a canal leading to Little Lagoon. In the heart of Gulf Shores - 3 blocks to Gulf Shores main public beach and The Hangout. Walking distance to popular shopping spots and restaurants. Spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath unit. Primary bedroom with private bathroom and screened porch. Kayaking and fishing from the backyard - bring your kayak or rent one when you arrive!

PLEASE NOTE: This property is a duplex. One or both units may be rented. If one unit is rented, then the other unit will be rented out to another party. Each unit is independent containing a kitchen, living area, 3 br/ 2ba, and private screened porch. This listing is for Unit A. See listing #1876993 for side B.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free guest parking - room to park 3 vehicles on site.

We enjoyed our stay. House met all of our needs. Kids loved the back screened in deck. Super close to all the down town shops and public beach areas. I only gave 4 stars on cleanliness because I had to mop when we arrived. We will definitely consider staying again.

It was an amazing time. The only downside is no easy access to the beach without going around the canal but only a 3-5 min drive to the public beach. The place was cozy and AC worked awesome to help cool us down!

Only 3 blocks to the beach! GREAT - location, yard, neighborhood, parking, water pressure and very spacious. A starter supply of one roll of TP, paper towels, 2 packets of dishwasher det. and one garbage bag was all that was supplied. Suggest brining or buying anything additional needed including liquid dish soap.

This condo is very spacious with a large living room area that is open to the kitchen. The laundry room is separate, which is nice. The canal behind the property is very peaceful. The listing is accurate to what is provided. There was plenty of room to set up a pack n play for our infant in 2 out of the 3 bedrooms. The location is awesome - a short walk to the Hangout and other stores and restaurants. We enjoyed our time here!

The home was clean, spacious and well set up. We are a family of 5 and had plenty of space. The balcony off the master was enjoyable. The washer and dryer were a nice convenience. There were plenty of kitchen supplies. The hard wood floors helped with keeping sand cleaned up. The location was perfect. Easy walking to all the action and beach. But far enough away that it was quiet and tucked away. The keyless entry was perfect and easy to use. If we visit the area again will stay in the same place.

Not clean and in need of repairs

The bathtubs and floors were not cleaned at all. Sand all over the floors and a wad of someone’s hair left on the tub walls, the other bathtub looked as if it had not been cleaned in a long while. All the towel racks were off the wall in the master bath, needing repairs. The dresser in the masters closet was pushed up under the hanging rack leaving very little room for actual hanging—not sure why it wasn’t turned to the side? Most all the kitchen drawers (5-7) were broken and literally hanging in the cabinet and yet the silverware and supplies were still in them—-having to push down and pull was an effort. The set up over all was good, porch off the master was all a great. The uncleanliness and need of repairs was concerning. The property is located in walking distance of restaurants but if going to the beach by walking, it is a pretty long walk if having to take chairs and all. Parking is good. This property has great potential but needs some TLC. I was disappointed sad to say…
