DISCLAIMER: *The Phoenix VI Balcony Handrail Recoating Project will be taking place from 1/5/26 - 3/14/26. Swing stages will be present and there may be a small amount of noise due to pressure washing of balconies during the handrail recoating process.

Phoenix 6 Unit #614...Welcome to this beautifully decorated 2 BR, 2 BA condo. It has everything you'll need for a pleasurable and enjoyable vacation. You'll love the beautiful views tfrom the living room and the master bedroom. Both rooms have sliding glass door entrances to your gulf front balcony! You'll love sipping your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine on the balcony while taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico.

We have a fully stocked kitchen with plates, utensils, pots and pans etc. Everything you'll need for your vacation! We offer a Keurig and a standard coffee maker as well as stainless steel appliances and a new quartz countertop!

A king sized bed and a flat screen television await you in the master bedroom along with an ocean view! You will also love the newly updated adjoining master bath! There are two full sized beds in the 2nd bedroom and a flat screen as well, plus a newly updated adjoining guest bathroom. And, there is a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room! A washer and dryer are also in the condo for you to use!

Great condo

We booked this condo for our family vacation to the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area (this was our second visit). We were happy with the condo, the location was great and the view was gorgeous. We used the pool (both indoor and outdoor) and the beach was just a few steps away. Will stay here again.

Family Beach Trip

We had a great time. The condo worked perfectly for our needs. We had no issues during our stay. We were able to relax and enjoy the beach. The ability to book beach chairs prior to our trip was a huge plus.

Holiday family getaway

The condo was clean and spacious. The master bed was very comfortable. The complex was located close to everything we needed or wanted to do. The only complaint is that there were only 2 working elevators so it sometimes take a little extra time to get around, but it was never an excessive wait.

GREAT WEEKEND GETAWAY

The check in process was very easy. The condo was very clean and stocked with all the necessities. Communication with host was exceptional, very prompt! The view was amazing and the decor was nice. Our granddaughter had her own space which she loved and so did we. We will definitely consider renting again. We come every year but we would stay in a hotel. Great place

Beautiful beach side condo

Condo is in a beautiful location. We had issues with room and linens not being clean and the toilets not working properly but everything was addressed pretty quickly once we called and things happen. Would definitely be back.

Best Vacation Condo

My family and I truly loved this property, it was beautiful, everything was clean, did not have any smell like some places we have been at. The condo was absolutely clean. The view was stunning, the pools were clean. The inside pools were strong with chlorine and we could not handle it due to giving us a headache. No big deal because we spent our time at the beach and the outdoor pools. It was definitely the best place thus far.

Had a great stay but needed cleaned better before arrival! Bottle caps and paper pieces in spare room floor along with rug needed vacuumed, master bath looked spot cleaned! Location was great, owner was quick to respond and get refrigerator fixed (door wouldn’t seal when we arrived) when messaged Parking pass wasn’t included and at times facility didn’t have available parking on main lots
