It is fully loaded with everything you need and will want from the new home smell to the heated pool, arcade games, corn hole, chef's kitchen, 4 king bedrooms, full coffee bar and-- did I mention you will be 50 steps from the beach? If you're sick and tired of old run down beach houses then Dragonfly will blow you away. Dragonfly has been designed with you in mind as we want you to immediately feel relaxed when you walk in the front door. Tremendous attention has been paid to the textures, color palette, and placement of every little detail in the house. The layout of the house and the additional game room is perfect for families to gather and to separate when needed so you can have your own space. The kids can fight it out on the playing Pacman and Galaga in the game room while mom and dad enjoy a nice cabernet on the front deck listing to the waves or chilling at the pool. Pool heating fee during the winter is $50 day From the time you book until check out we are here to serve you and answer any questions that may arise, but we will give you your space and not bother you. Dragonfly is located 50 steps form the beach in West Beach which is just 1.5 miles from The Hangout. It is close enough to access everything, bur far enough away to separate from the tourist attractions. Located in the most desirable location in West Beach in Gulf Shores you will be right in the middle of all the action as you are 1.5 miles to The Hangout, .5 miles to The Beach House Kitchen & Cocktails, .5 miles to Waves for convenient shopping, 4 miles to Rouse's Grocery, 3.5 miles to Waterville, a 20 minute drive to OWA amusement park, and 10 steps to your own private pool. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, etc. Primary contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules. No Smoking of any Kind: Smoking of any kind will result is a $750 additional cleaning and Ozone fee. This includes, but is not limited to vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, or any other form of smoking. No Pets: We have dogs and love our furry friends, but we do NOT allow pets. If you bring a pet you will be charged $750\. No Parties: If you have a party you will be charged $750 plus damages. The Dragonfly is the perfect Beach House! The house is gorgeous, upscale, beautiful inside & out! The location is convenient but quiet. Plenty of roomy parking, house is just across the street from the beach with beach access across from the driveway. Every beach accessory you may need is provided, from chairs & umbrellas, to wagon & toys if you have little ones. Inside the home, the decor is absolutely gorgeous, light and bright with beautiful teakwood furniture. Beds are very comfortable (& I’m really picky about beds!), master bed is soft memory foam but very supportive, bedrooms & bathrooms are spacious & every little detail is thought of when it comes to amenities throughout the house. Lots of outdoor deck and poolside space with furniture; the pool is beautiful, the perfect size with a sunbathing deck & built in seating, and was a nice cool dip since the temp was still in the low 90’s while we were there. I only wish we had more pool time and beach time because the ocean was the most clear and blue I’ve seen it in many years, with a nice breeze. I don’t have one negative thing to say about the property or our stay. It was perfect, & Bill is an excellent host who is readily available for any questions or issues, should they arise. They go above ans beyond with the things they offer their guests in the home. From extra laundry detergent, to an array of ziplock bags and glacier waters in every room and in fridge. This little detail makes the difference to me. Loved the home and will be back.
