This is a brand new house that was completed in September of 2022. Downstairs features a large open concept living, dining, and kitchen area with plenty of room to spread out and relax. A queen sleeper sofa is downstairs to accommodate extra guests if needed. The first Master Suite is downstairs and has a king bed and is accessible to a full bath. There is a balcony off the family room and another off the kitchen. The utility room is upstairs and includes a full sized washer and dryer. The second Master Suite is upstairs, has a private bath, and has access to the second floor balcony. The views from that balcony are amazing! Bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds and a private bath. Bedroom 4 has 2 sets of triple bunks, each with a twin bed, and a private bath. Each bedroom and the family room have a smart TV with cable and free WiFi included.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils and features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, a blender, a toaster, and enough dishware for your entire crew.

There is covered parking under the house for up to 4 vehicles. This is a NON-SMOKING property and no pets are permitted. You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this cottage.

The location was great and only a short walk from the beach. It was very clean and beautifully decorated, the perfect place to stay with a group of friends or family. My friends and I had a great time here and Tom made the check in and check out very easy!

Amazing Beach House with lots of Room!

The house was very nice and clean. Great room for parking. If we needed help we were answered immediately and taken care of in lightning speed. This place was very close to the beach and an overall great location in Gulf Shores! Would stay again and again!

Our stay was fantastic! The houses location to the beach was perfect! The house owners provided beach towels, Bikes to ride and even had Beach toys we were able to use. The house was very clean. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful Host and Location!

We’ve been traveling to Gulf Shores for years and this is the best property we’ve booked! The house is conveniently located directly across the street from public beach access in West Beach, the amenities were spectacular, and the property manager was quick to answer any questions that arose. This will definitely be our go to in the future the kids LOVED the bunk room! Thank you for an amazing experience!

Perfect getaway

I love how each unit is separate from each other. We had a problem with our air conditioner and it was fixed immediately. Our unit was spacious and overall an amazing place to stay. Love the easy beach access.

Family Vacation

Perfect house for families! Big enough where we could all have our own space and bathrooms. Very clean and they are very quick to communicate with you with any questions you may have. Very short walk to the beach and they also provide a lot of beach supplies you may need. I will definitely consider them if we come back to Gulf Shores. Beautiful house!

Great Stay

We greatly enjoyed our time at this property! It was clean, spacious, modern and conveniently located. The beach was literally a minute (walk) away. This was our first time opting for a house instead of a hotel and we were a bit nervous.The moment we walked in all concerns were laid to rest. The host provided all the information needed in advance and everything was as expected. I would absolutely stay here again!!!

It was very clean and all appliances were nice. It was open and had enough space for all guests. It was a short walk to the beach. Beach access is directly across street. The pools are not directly connected to your property but are just a short distance away. The property is amongst a handful of other condos. Overall very nice place to stay! We had a great time!
