Come enjoy the ultimate vacation at this 6 bedroom (5 bedrooms and a loft) and 5 full bathroom property in the highly-desirable gated Dunes community of Fort Morgan. This property is just a short 4 minute walk to the privately deeded pet-friendly beach, where you can dip your toes in the white sugar sand and splash in the waves for hours. This house offers three tiers of decks, allowing for breathtaking views of the gulf that will make you never want to leave! Peachy Keen offers a unique layout perfect for groups of friends and family, including 4 private bedrooms on the first floor, 2 with en-suite full bathrooms, and an additional common area full bathroom. The second floor offers a spacious open floor plan, a 11.5 foot dining table perfect for large families, as well as a large master bedroom and en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. An additional full bath off the living room is available for guest convenience. The third floor offers a unique space with a daybed and trundle for extra sleeping and a small gaming area, including a foosball machine. With the best views in the house, this bonus loft is tough to beat! Fort Morgan and the Dunes community is considered one of the best places to stay on the Gulf, private and secluded but just 15 minutes away from downtown Gulf Shores. This property is only a 3 minute walk to the highly talked about Tacky Jacks 2 restaurant, Boat Marina and fishing store. If you are too exhausted from all that sunbathing, be sure to enjoy a round of golf at some of the best golf courses in Alabama just 15-20 minutes away, historic Fort Morgan and all of its history, or take a quick ferry to Dauphin Island. And what about your furry friends? Dogs are welcome up to 2 per stay, no greater than 50lb each. An extra pet fee is required. The space: This 6 bedroom (5 bathroom) house sleeps 20 comfortably. Things to Note: Our house is sanitized thoroughly after each stay for your safety. A starter supply of coffee, salt and pepper, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid and hand soap will be provided for your convenience. Towels and linens will be provided for your stay. Wifi: provided. A signed rental agreement will be required to finalize your reservation. Government ID required. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the house, on the deck or under the house. Failure to comply with the no smoking policy will result in an additional charge of $200 per rental night and eviction without refund. USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. This year we decided to meet “in the middle” and make it a family reunion as well. The house was PERFECT for all ages and large enough for several generations to gather. The decor was beautiful and the views breathtaking. Our hosts communicated very well and were incredibly accommodating to make our stay all it should be! This was one of our best vacations ever! My husband and I brought our family to Fort Morgan last minute because of Ian coming into Florida. We had such a great time staying at a new location, and this home. We loved the large tables, both on the porch and inside. The porches are fabulous and it’s always nice to have a sectional and plenty of seating in the living room. My family likes to have meals together in home and only go out a few times, and we love playing games so that is always something we look for. We also loved having so many bedding options. The bunks with full’s (and solid to boot) were wonderful! The loft was a plus too and all of our beds were comfortable. Another great thing was the many appliances in the kitchen and the option for Keurig or a standard coffee maker. There is a blender, toaster, crock pot, and mixer! That’s always a plus when you like to cook and there are different tastes for coffee. There is clean, filtered water in the fridge too, and it saved us on bottled waters. There were also several beach chairs and a charcoal grill. During our stay, we did have a few housekeeping issues in the beginning, but Arti was very quick to respond and rectify to our satisfaction.
