The large open floorplan is perfect for your group to enjoy time together while enjoying the views from inside. This home offers 2 King Suites with balcony entrances on level 1. On level 2, you will find an additional 2 King suites with balcony entrances as well as a bedroom with 2 Queens and a private bath, and a Bunk room with 2 Queen/Twin Bunks as well as another private bathroom. The second level also has an additional living room area, perfect for the kids to hang out. Happy Life is truly a show stopper and will leave you wanting to rent it every year!
Happy Life rents Saturday to Saturday only during main summer seasons unless otherwise approved by homeowner.

Wonderful

Absolutely wonderful house! Well thought out design and lots of space. Kitchen setup for large family meals with two refrigerators and two dishwashers. Pool is great for kids and adults. Beautiful view from the large decks.

Outstanding

Our family’s been going to the beach for 17 years and this is the best house we’ve stayed in yet. Everything from the location the pool, the room layout, the wonderful two refrigerators 2 laundry rooms made the week a success. The icemaker was also a huge hit. If you’re going to this area, be sure to hit up Jesse’s on the bay for dinner one evening.
