Beautiful Gulf Front View Studio # 142 looking at the Gulf!

See the beautiful white sands of Orange Beach, Alabama from your private balcony looking out to the gulf enjoying your coffee early mornings watching dolphins traveling or playing right in front of you. This will be your home away from home including washer/dryer, dishwasher, K-cups and a regular coffee maker, coffee grinder, mixer, crock pot, pots and pans, baking pans, utensils and more. We will provide 4 white bath towels. Enjoy the luxury of 3 pools, one heated during the winter months. There is an on sight mini store called the Sugar Shack during the summer for beverages, adult ones too and snacks while you soak up the Alabama sunshine. There are big outdoor grills and patio seating and sitting areas for dining in. We have covered parking and security and our Condo is easily accessible to the stairs and elevators. There are free utility carts located near the elevators to make your move from the car to the condo stress free. We have Restaurants located just minutes away and fun, family attractions like the arcade and The Track just minutes from this location. Attractions include golf, water parks, paddle board, gulf front dining , parasailing , jet skiing, arcades, dolphin cruises, The OWA Park, Tanger Outlet and deep sea fishing. The state park is located about 1 mile down the road which includes the campgrounds and a hiking/biking trail. You may also fish off the state park pier for an additional fee. Your stay will be most enjoyable whether you are relaxing or moving about town. We have everything you may want or need in our quaint little town we call Orange Beach! Enjoy!!

Trip to the beach

This is our third time renting at sugar Beach, this is a wonderful little condo for a couple. We will definitely rent it again. Very clean and well equipped, they had everything there we needed.

This is a beautiful, comfortable, well furished condo.. but above all of that... the views!!! Windows open, salt smells, waves crashing, seconds from feet in same.

Cute updated condo, great location

The unit was very nice. Clean and updated with everything you need. The view and location can’t be beat. Parking was easy but you have to buy a $35 parking pass upon arrival. I would stay here again.

Long powdered sand beach is steps away. Unit has comfortable bed, full kitchen with all utensils and wonderful balcony.

Great place on the beach

The condo is very nice, well maintained, clean, and recently remodeled. The building is a bit older but they do have cleaners on site every day cleaning the common areas. The parking fee was $35 but plenty of open spots during our stay. There's a trailhead across the street so you can bike to Gulf Shores park, pavillion, and pier without biking down the main street.

We loved this little condo for our short stay—truly a perfect view from the patio and the price is right! Sugar Shack being onsite for (very reasonably priced) snacks and drinks was also great for us. The condo could use an updated mattress imo but would still book again!

It was so nice to wake up to be able drink coffee and sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins swim. My daughter and mother also enjoyed every bit of the pools as did I. Overall great stay. Loved the property.
