Penny is a wonderful host and easy to communicate with. Her property is beautiful and peaceful - and she was completely accessible when we had questions. We were in Gulf Shores for a wedding on the grounds - so this was a very convenient location for us.

Was disappointed at the fee of 100.00 per day for use of the pool. Top of the refrigerator needs to be cleaned, found clothes under the bed in the twin bedroom that did not belong to us. The overall size of the unit and furnishings are very nice.

Golf trip

The only thing that I would say is that some of the sheets, pillows, and towels had stains on them. Other than that it was perfect

The host was gracious and responded to messages quickly. We rented baby furniture to be delivered and the host offered to meet the delivery due to our late flight. Unlike most VRBO, the house had plenty of trash bags, and paper products and easy access to an outside bin for soiled diapers. The AC worked great, as well as ceiling fans to keep us cool. The King bedroom was spacious and fit 2 full size cribs without issues. Overall I will rent again.
