From the moment you walk into this condo, you will fall in LOVE with the spectacular gulf views as well as the exceptional views of the Perdido Pass! This beautiful and spacious condo is sure to impress! This condo is like brand new! Since the hurricane, they have put in new furniture, new cabinets, new lighting, new decor, new beds and the list goes on an on! The owners of this non-smoking unit take such great care of it! You will feel right at home. It is conveniently located on the 2nd floor and overlooks the aqua green Gulf and sugar white sands PLUS it has views of Perdido Pass, Perdido Bay, and Ole River... If you like watching boats pass through the Perdido pass from the balcony, fishing off the rock jetties, watch spear fishing at night, see dolphins early morning, early evening and a more private beach feeling and low density area with great dining (7 restaurants) and shopping (several boutiques and souvenir shops also) in walking distance then this place is for you. This is a GULF FRONT UNIT, with DIRECT BEACH ACCESS. One side of this complex does not have views of The Pass, but our side of the building does!! So, your balcony views are so much better! The living room and master bedroom both have access to the huge waterfront balcony. The sliding glass doors open onto a large private balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the views, plus it gets shady in the afternoon!! Enjoy your coffee each morning while watching the dolphins play in the water, so sweet!! This condo has FREE Wi-Fi and there are TVs and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals, and there is a wet bar for your drinks! We offer a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig for you to enjoy! The dining table seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 3. The owner, Shelly, was great to work with, and the location can't be beat. Everything was spotless and the kitchen was well-appointed. We really enjoyed both pools, the gas grills, and the beach. View was outstanding & we saw dolphins & boats going out in the morning almost every day !! Condo was one of the best places I have stayed !! Lots of room & the balcony was very roomy !! It was myself, my daughter and granddaughter. The condo was spacious, beautifully decorated and had wonderful views. There were beach chairs and numerous beach toys that weren’t listed in the description. Also, there was an extra ice dispenser which came in very handy.
