With 2 front balconies, you have a great view of the water. A back balcony also provides an additional space to enjoy coffee in the mornings or cocktails at night. The kitchen adjoins the sitting area on the first floor and makes a great place to enjoy socializing while you cook. With a nook, 4 stools at the bar, and stainless steel appliances you can enjoy friends, family and food all together. The upstairs living room is roomy and showcases a 70 inch TV for indoor entertainment. Overall, this is a very affordable way to enjoy time at the Gulf Coast! Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am No Smoking in unit or on balcony. Pets are not allowed. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated. Primary Renter Must be at least 25 years old to rent. The air conditioning was amazing and the people there were great. The water pressure and toilets worked great , there’s nothing wrong at all with our stay. I only thing,and I mean the only thing I didn’t like was that I missed the turn in to the condos all most everytime but I guess that was my thought. I couldn’t pay attention , to much to look at.i had a blast and my two teen age girls did to.cant wait for next year.
