My New Beach Home!

This lovely condo has everything we could have asked for - from top-notch security to being just steps away from the sand. Owner Pari went above and beyond to ensure our checkin was effortless and our stay all we had hoped it to be. And it was!

Overall the place is in a great location. The condo furnishings are outdated and worn, the bathroom in hallway had a funny smell. The floors were not clean, sand throughout. The location again was very convenient and near everything.

Awesome Host

I have stayed in numerous VRBOs over the years, however, have never had a host that went out of their way to be so accommodating! At the beginning of our trip, the host sent list of recommendations from restaurants, to entertainment for our family. They checked in with us to make sure everything was acceptable upon our arrival. The unit was very clean with a beautiful and amazing view, with everything we needed for our stay On the last day of our stay, we had a medical emergency due a health issue. We notified our host, and they went ahead and made arrangements for us to stay in the unit an additional day. Not only were they understanding, they checked on us numerous times. No one dies this any more. We were so appreciative and thankful to have crossed paths with this host!

Everything was very nice and as described. The location was perfect and Pari was more than helpful! It should be more obvious in the posting that this unit is on the 16th floor which may cause issues with people who don't like heights. Overall a great place we will go back to.
