The beach was active but not crazy busy because we were located away from the high density buildings. Short drive to do anything we wanted to do. The couch in the living room seems to be showing its age. You sink into it as if the springs are giving up. There were a few cleaning issues, the kind you don’t have to do all the time, like dust the bathroom walls above the light and wash the windows. But overall the condo was well appointed and very comfortable.The beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve slept on at a rental. I don’t usually sleep well away from home but here I slept like a baby. Felt very rested at the end of our stay. You park under the unit and pop up a flight of stairs to the room. Likewise, the short distance and ease of getting from the room to the sand is unparraled by anything I can find in the same price range. We love that the beach isn't as crowded as it is in a high-rise, plus no elevator to wait for. The only thing that knocks it down a peg is it's not as clean as I would hope for. Our family (myself-38, my two sons-17 & 8, and my parents-retired) visited for 6 nights during spring break (March 23-30, 2025) from Wisconsin. Communication with Melanie was incredible! We ran into an issue with the washer during the first day, and had a new one installed the very next morning. The location is close to everything. The condo was clean, stocked with towels, linens & kitchen supplies. There is a small convenience store within (3 minute) walking distance that has standard essentials (food, drinks, souvenirs/beach goods) called Waves. A pleasant surprise was the closet full of beach items (umbrella, chairs, beach toys) & games if you run into a rainy day!The only thing I would change is the pull out couch. It’s a little worse for wear & was not comfortable to sleep on. We had to purchase a foam pad to give it some stability. We enjoyed our time there & will definitely love to visit again!
