The Space: This four-bedroom private home offers beach views, generous living space, and a layout designed for families and small groups who want room to spread out. Located near public beach access, the home provides an alternative to condo living with more privacy and space for gathering. The main level features an open living, dining, and kitchen area with comfortable furnishings and plenty of seating. The kitchen includes granite countertops, ample prep space, and room to cook meals for the group. A full bathroom is also located on this level. For added flexibility, the living room sofa converts to a queen sleeper when needed. Upstairs, the sleeping areas are arranged to balance comfort and privacy. Two king bedrooms each include private ensuite bathrooms. Two additional queen bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. All bedrooms are spacious and arranged for a restful end to the day. We had 5 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of space in the living, dining and kitchen downstairs. The bedrooms are a little tight but we made it work. The balcony was definitely the best part! There is an ocean view since the house across the street is small and the furniture is probably the best we’ve ever had at a beach rental so we spent most of our time out there. The pool is awesome for kids because it’s got shallow areas and it wasn’t ever too crowded for our crew to play. It took us a few days to figure out the best route and plan for the beach…we discovered we could rent the chair/umbrella sets and walked along the hwy instead of under the bridge so our last few days were much easier.
