CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. Beach wasn't busy at all until closer to the Labor Day weekend. Amenities and common areas are all clean and well kept. Walkway to the beach is very nice. The condo itself could use some updates as far as showers/tubs and the rugs and furniture upholstery could stand to be deep cleaned and washed. The coffee table is a tad flimsy. Can't speak to cookware since we didn't cook! Bed was comfortable and overall everything was very clean besides what is previously mentioned. The beach club is always a great stay! Beach club is very nice. The condo had a great view and was clean. The only problems were the refrigerator took 2 full days to cool down. Not sure if the cleaning company left the door open before we got there or what the problem was. It was warm as soon as we opened it to put our groceries in. They did send a technician out to look at the problem it just took 2 days for them to get out there. By then, it was cooling. Suggestion would be have cleaning company clean fridge first thing so it can start cooling before the next guests arrive. We had a great vacation that is just a minor inconvenience. The Beach Resort property is just fantastic and this condo is a dream. It is so well stocked with anything you could need, is such a comfortable size and that view!!!
