Specific balconies may be out of commission for some periods of time during the project. Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Work on Saturdays will only occur with express permission, typically if weather delays require adjustment. Expect noise as well as debris and potentially redirected paths at the Avalon Tower. Pools will remain open during construction. Work will pause for Thanksgiving week (November 21-30). Work will resume December 1 Avalon 203, a spacious, luxury three bedroom/two bath condo with a Direct Gulf and beach view, is located on the 2nd floor of the Avalon Tower at The Beach Club. The spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico can be enjoyed from the balcony, living room, dining room and the master bedroom! WIFI is accessible in the condo and throughout the grounds. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. There is a stack washer/dryer in the utility closet. The bedding arrangement is King, King, 2 twin beds and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The beds, sofa, kitchen and bath linens are provided along with adequate kitchen and bath amenities designed only for the guest's first night needs. You should bring what you might need for the duration of your stay. Without any additional fees, you will have access the beautiful pool, hot tub, wading pool, and restrooms at the foot of the tower, plus access to the boardwalks, playground, basketball courts, charcoal grills and tram services. Additionally, you may patron the salon and fine dining restaurant and bar, with gulf view, at the clubhouse, and you may patron the sports bar & grill with an arcade, beach & apparel shop, coffee and ice cream shops near the entrance of the resort. You may have access to The Clubhouse's private amenities with a daily fee of approximately $45.00 per day which covers your entire party, not per person. Upon arrival, you could request a tour of the Club's amenities and schedule of event during your stay and pay only for the days you choose, if any. The Clubhouse's private amenities include: Luxurious separate Ladies & Gentle-men's locker rooms with saunas, showers and a changing area, a fitness center with a gulf view, an indoor pool with a gulf view, a beach side pool with seasonal entertainment and a Tiki bar & Grill, a game room, children's activities, tennis courts. Beach loungers with umbrellas, beach rental equipment, parasailing and other seasonal activities are available at the club, but is separate from the daily fee mentioned above. The unit was very nice, clean. Had some older questionable utensils and missing some measuring cups but not a big deal. Overall clean is the unit and building we were in. However we had a cockroach issue at the local eatery/bar called the Village Hideaway. Food there was just ok, little expensive for what you get. 2nd day we went back just to use the golf simulator. After a short well not 1 but 2 cockroaches came out of the black curtain by the kitchen. Other than that, no other issues. Can't beat the property for the price. I have been coming to this resort for the past 18 years, so I know what to expect. Love the resort. The condo itself was nice. But it did need some updating. It was outdated in decor. The kitchen utensils were very worn and lacking. Also not sure the necessity for 3 coffee pots but they had that but only one small pot to cook noodles in so I had to cook make in batches. When you have a large family with you it made it difficult. There are other condos on property that are better and I will be going back to them over this particular one. There are stains on the drapes over the sliding doors to the balcony, a lot of trash on the balcony itself, blue extra blanket had spots on it which looked like play dough and the rugs in master bath and second king bedroom looked dirty. The floor in the 3rd bedroom with twin beds looked like it had not been thoroughly vacuumed. There was popcorn on the rug and what appeared to be a sock was under one of the beds (not one of our socks). None of these issues was caused by anyone in my group. The location is wonderful but I doubt any one of us would stay in this particular unit again due to these issues. ##### Kaye O.
