  • Avalon 203, a spacious, luxury three bedroom/two bath condo with a Direct Gulf and beach view, is located on the 2nd floor of the Avalon Tower at The Beach Club. The spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico can be enjoyed from the balcony, living room, dining room and the master bedroom! The balcony overlooks the endless sugar white beach, Avalon pool, wading pool and hot tub and all of the other pools! WIFI is accessible in the condo and throughout the grounds.



    The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. There is a stack washer/dryer in the utility closet. The bedding arrangement is King, King, 2 twin beds and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The beds, sofa, kitchen and bath linens are provided along with adequate kitchen and bath amenities designed only for the guest's first night needs. You should bring what you might need for the duration of your stay.





    Unlimited parking for $40 per vehicle. No trailers or RVs allowed to pass through the gate. Parking passes are paid in advance but are given out at the security booth. Each driver should know the name of the condo and the day of departure.

The layout of the condo worked very well for accommodating guests. The view was exactly what we hoped for. Sunsets from the balcony were incredible. Nice short walk to the beach, hot tub was perfect for relaxation. The Beach Club Resort and Spa is a beautiful facility. Close enough to town but far enough to not be in the crowds.

With younger kids, I wanted a condo that wasn’t too high off the ground but also not bottom floor. This served our needs perfectly. It was clean and had all the basic needs available.

Condo was great

Condo was great. Communication with the property management was great as well. The condo could use a few tweaks, a few things broken, some linens were blood stained, and the curtains were stained. But over all it was a very nice stay. We love the Beach Club.

Family Spring Break

Check in Sunday, Check out Friday. The unit was very nice, clean. Had some older questionable utensils and missing some measuring cups but not a big deal. Overall clean is the unit and building we were in. However we had a cockroach issue at the local eatery/bar called the Village Hideaway. Food there was just ok, little expensive for what you get. 2nd day we went back just to use the golf simulator. After a short well not 1 but 2 cockroaches came out of the black curtain by the kitchen. Other than that, no other issues. Can't beat the property for the price. Make sure you really think about the cost of the wrist band to use the indoor pool and gym etc...likely not worth it.

Great Stay

Plenty of room for our 4 adults and 2 children. Great view and the 2nd floor is a huge plus when dodging the elevator. Pam was wonderful and very helpful throughout the process. She is always super responsive, will definitely be booking again!!

Good but needs updated

Love this resort. I have been coming to this resort for the past 18 years, so I know what to expect. Love the resort. The condo itself was nice. But it did need some updating. It was outdated in decor. The kitchen utensils were very worn and lacking. Also not sure the necessity for 3 coffee pots but they had that but only one small pot to cook noodles in so I had to cook make in batches. When you have a large family with you it made it difficult. There are other condos on property that are better and I will be going back to them over this particular one. For the price I spent on this one it wasn’t worth it.

This unit has so much potential but is not being tended to adequately. Upon arrival we noticed so many things that needed attention but decided to focus on the broken balcony furniture. We immediately texted the property manager with photos of the unusable seating on the balcony. She said she would see what she could do about it and that was the last we heard from her and new chairs never arrived. You can’t enjoy a beach condo balcony without seating. The table on the balcony was constructed of layers of cardboard wrapped in a cumin table cloth secured with masking tape - it was also unusable but we held off on asking about that in hopes to get some chairs but that didn’t happen. Other things that we didn’t report were stopped up sinks that would fill completely writhing second of turning it on. The twin beds in the third bedroom were like concrete and so we doubled up in other rooms. Drapery panels were filthy and falling off the rods. Both bathtubs were disgusting. For the price we didn’t expect too much but chairs for balcony use is a basic “amenity” that was not addressed so I knew there was no reason to ask for any other assistance. Before renting this unit be sure to verify that balcony furniture has been replaced.

Girls trip 2024

My friends and I enjoyed our stay, however we had issues with the cleanliness of the unit. There are stains on the drapes over the sliding doors to the balcony, a lot of trash on the balcony itself, blue extra blanket had spots on it which looked like play dough and the rugs in master bath and second king bedroom looked dirty. The floor in the 3rd bedroom with twin beds looked like it had not been thoroughly vacuumed. There was popcorn on the rug and what appeared to be a sock was under one of the beds (not one of our socks). None of these issues was caused by anyone in my group. The location is wonderful but I doubt any one of us would stay in this particular unit again due to these issues.
