Nothing fancy, but is a nice clean unit that met our needs. Wanted a condo on beachside but not one of those large expensive ones. This is an older beachside condo, very short walk to beach maybe 50 yards, no elevators so please note you are on 3rd level but is an easy short flight of stairs up to unit. Unit was clean, had everything we needed to cook in unit and the Beds are comfortable. Have a side view of the ocean off both balcony. Construction beside us but we never heard much noise. This is an area of GS with less crowded beaches. Love that part. Would stay here again no doubt. Easy communication with owner.

Enjoyed our stay. Super close to the beach! Kitchen was well-stocked with cooking and serving. AC was cold. Enjoyed the private balcony. Nice covered parking right below unit. My one TINY complaint: I had to search and search for the unit number. I could find the street address in several locations, but had trouble re-locating the unit number upon arrival.

This was one of the cleanest units I have ever stayed in. The beds were awesome, not a lot of seating but we weren't in our unit much during the day and it was fine for the three of us. The management company was great to deal with. Will definitely try to stay here again.

This place was way more then I expected, the picture online dont do it justice,it was roomy and big. Having 2 balconies that you could watch the ocean fantastic easy access to the beach. I'll definitely stay here again.

Great condo! Nicely maintained. Beds were very comfortable. The bathtub was huge, which was great for my 15 month old. Owners were very nice & quick to respond to any questions. My only issue was the washer. It’s very touchy & would only start for my husband, never me. Lol

The condo was the perfect location on the beach. The beach itself is only steps away and it is easy to run back to the condo for a bite to eat. The owner was great to work with and he was helpful. The condo itself has been remodeled recently and it looks great. We will definitely be staying here again this summer.
