PARKING PASSES: 1 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. My partner planned the ultimate surprise in having my family there as well (3 doors down from us) who got to come over and celebrate with us on Friday evening after a lovely dinner at Oyster House. The views were awesome overlooking the Gulf. The rooms were nice and comfortable. I do wish that when you spend that much per night, that the management company would splurge a bit on simple things like enough garbage bags, tp and laundry detergent for the duration of the stay. Also, Someone should look at the bathroom fans (they were unusually loud) and the shower spigot(it was strangely loose like it wasn't properly attached). ##### Sherry C. Amazing beach views. To no fault of the owner, the elevators were down. Our shower also leaked into a closet and required multiple visits from maintenance/plumber to repair and time we couldn’t use the shower. Excellent pool, hot tub and beach access. Everything was perfect. Comfy beds, a perfect view for the super moon, kitchen well equipped. The only problem we had was that we were not given the door code. We had to call but it was done quickly. The parking reservation was inside the condo in the kitchen. And you definitely want to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels. Also bring a couple of dishwashing pods as there is only one. If you plan to cook, bring your own condiments/ spices like salt and pepper! You might throw in a couple of kitchen towels, too. The pool is really big and soooo nice! Both of which, made it hard for our 13 month old to sleep well. Pros: So close to the beach, gorgeous beach views, woke up and saw dolphins swimming, café across the street, spacious floor plan, etc. Cons: Unfortunately, the Property Manger has room for improvement. We were without an ironing board and didn't realize it until the day of our photo shoot. Calling around noon doesn't help you because they won't bring you an ironing board until two days later. Someone knocked on our front door at 10:30pm and there was no way to look out at who it was. My husband answered and it was some lady trying to use our bathroom. So random, so I called the Property Manager to ask for the phone number to Security (because the property is advertised as being secured by X company as you pull in), but the Property Manager did not have the number to reach Security so I was unable to report to anyone that some random woman was knocking on doors late at night. Security is quick to put a warning on your vehicle for parking in a Visitor spot, though! And while we knew it in advance, the whole providing 1 roll of TP and 1 trash bag for a week's stay, is absurd. It's impossible to buy what you need, TP, paper towels, trash bags, SOAP, and not have waste at the end of your stay. No one should have to buy all that while on vacation just to throw most of it away at the end of s ##### Stephanie E. This property was the perfect getaway for the holiday weekend. First, the location was awesome. Parking spot was convenient to the steps and elevator. The actual condo was just as the pictures portrayed and spotless when we checked in. We had everything we needed for a peaceful reset to start the summer.
