The condo was beautiful and well furnished, amazing views on the beach. Not a negative, but just FYI for the owner that the shower drains in the guest bathrooms were not draining well. The pool area and beach were wonderful most of the week. However, halfway through the week a bunch of people came onto the property from the beach. Some were staying at the San Carlos, but most were not. They proceeded to cause havoc, partying in the pool area. Someone got sick in the pool and there were cigarette butts floating in it the next day. The security folks ended up having to call the police to get the people to leave. The San Carlos seemed to have a lot of rentals and renters that did not respect the rules. The property probably needs to enhance security at busy times to avoid situations like this. But, we enjoyed most of the week, we just couldn't use the pool on our last 2 days because of this. ##### Amy B.
