BEACH FRONT HOTELS! Phoenix All Suites - Beside Pink Pony!

Located in the popular East Beach area of Gulf Shores this one bedroom one and a half bath suite offers you fantastic views from your gulf front balcony. Cool down in the swimming pool and walk onto the beach from the pool deck. This suite offers you a full size kitchen and separate living room. For your comfort, a king size bed is located in the private bedroom with connecting bath. Bunk beds for small children are located in the hallway next to an additional ½ bath.
One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Wonderful getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at Phoenix suites! The unit was very clean! I loved the fresh crisp clean linens in the beds. The staff we encountered were very friendly. We enjoyed convenient location for walking to beach, restaurants and souvenir shops. We will definitely recommend this property to others, abs will be back!

Great walkable location

Right on the beach with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Parasailing and jet ski rentals right in front as well. Plenty of beach space for tents and umbrellas. I was SO glad the beach was not full of chair pairs and an umbrella to rent. Other places leave almost no space for those that bring their own chair. This had the perfect balance. Wish it was ready for early check-in. But great stay otherwise.

The location was fantastic! The furniture was dirty. They did not have a Keurig coffee pot! I tried to ask but bring a Brett Robinson location I felt it was hard to find someone to talk too! Not as responsive as an individual on VRBO!

Housekeeping needs work

Location was great. Staff was friendly…Ms. Annie at the office front desk and one of the nice housekeeping staff ladies were the highlight of our ‘checkout’. The room itself was disgusting in the light of day. We checked in really late and exhausted so we missed a lot when we got there but WOW…when the sun came up, I was quite disappointed. Stained/dirty furniture, urine rings on mattress covers, mildew spots on the shower curtain, what appeared to be a blood spatter on the bed skirt/wrap…I was disgusted to say the least.
