We had only 2 issues come up, one a minor issue with a toaster and the other a big security concern for us because we were traveling with my 5 year old niece who has autism. I shared our concerns via text about not having an interior door reinforcement lock at the top of our door even though the door had a regular automatic lock. Flight of kids with autism is a crippling fear for their parents. In less than 24 hours, sunset properties had contacted the owners for approval and had an incredibly kind maintenance man come in to install the top lock for us. Our maintenance guy even gave us some tips on great places to eat and was from our home state. We felt so much safer knowing my niece couldn’t run out of the condo at any second.
