You could sit in sun or shade at anytime of day. The pool was clean although it was too cold for us to use. Heater and air condition work quickly. the location is great because you are able to walk to so many things but the road itself was not busy and quiet. It was great for our dogs. It is nice to have a bathroom in every room. It is also convenient to have your own pool when you want to escape the crowds. Very nice but does need a few items repaired. Overall it was worth it. It’s very beautiful and very spacious very accommodating for a large group. The only problem we had was the listing states that there is a grill to use to grill on and enjoy the back patio area. We could not get the grill on at all. We called the 24 hour line and was told that somebody from maintenance would get back with us the next day never heard from them at all. We had bought a lot of meat that we were unable to cook on the grill, so we were very disappointed in that also in the kitchen there’s plenty of ants that show up on the countertops. .
