Beach restoration is complete, which means plenty of beach space to spread out! Enjoy clear waters of the gulf and bright, sunny days on the beach! Plenty of seating on the balcony for everyone! What sets San Carlos 1702 apart? \-On the beach! Ocean front with views for miles \-1200+ sq feet for a two bedroom. Very spacious! \-Expansive balcony, with access from master. You won't find a bigger balcony + seating for 8 \-Complete master suite with King bed and double sinks!! \-9ft ceilings make this unit bright and fresh \-Desk in unit, perfect for working remotely \-LOCATION! 10 minute walk on the beach to the center of town \-New 4 piece poly wood counter height dining set on patio! San Carlos 1702 is a beach getaway for all. It's located on the 17th floor and features floor-to-ceiling windows, soaring 9 ft. ceilings and a private, expansive balcony to soak in the sea and the sun. (The view is amazing.) This home provides ample space for families, children of all ages, and couples alike! The large master bedroom offers a king memory foam mattress, direct access to the patio, and a computer desk. Relax in the spa-like bathroom which has double sinks, a free standing shower, and jetted tub. The 2nd bedroom contains a queen memory foam mattress and twin bunks, with an attached full bath. The living area is updated with a new queen sleeper sofa which sleeps 2, bringing the total sleeping capacity to 8! Mix drinks at the wet bar and enjoy all of the conveniences of a fully equipped kitchen. Every morning, take your coffee on the patio and listen to the soothing sound of the gentle waves. Guests can experience all of the San Carlos resort-style amenities which include a sauna, an exercise room with giant picture windows overlooking the Gulf, a zero-entry outdoor pool (kid friendly!), and a BBQ area. The San Carlos is the BEST location on East Beach, walkable to the Hangout (10 min walk via the beach) restaurants, and public beach where numerous festivals and events are held throughout the year. The boardwalk over the dunes allows quick and easy access to over 100 yards of pristine, white sand beach. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available in front of the building. It is a really nice place in a convenient location. The condo is well equipped, the overall building/resort is also very nice. Lots of restaurants and things within walking distance. Very cozy with lots of amenities. We appreciated the large spaces and especially the jetted large soaking tub. The condo was perfect for us. The beds are extremely comfy. The living room/kitchen was big enough for all of our needs. Were were able to cook, do laundry, and relax all in the same area. We loved how fast the elevator was up to our floor. The beach was beautiful with great lounge rentals. We loved how close we were to everything, restaurants, shopping, the beach, and area activities. Condo was fantastic! We loved the area! We were able to walk to several restaurants and the market store was right on the corner. The beach access was awesome-chair and umbrella service was great too. The elevator was super fast! The private beach area was not crowded at all. We have zero complaints! The kitchen is well stocked. The building is very clean. Could have used more bathroom towels and would have loved beach towels for people who fly in. Wish the pool was heated.
