The View was amazing. The house itself definitely needs some upgrades. The couch had holes in it and was on it's last leg. The lights in the kitchen did not work half the time and the light fixture in the kitchen was hanging on by a thread. I mentioned these things to the rental company as I felt like these were things that could cause issues with other guests especially for what you paid for. But I came for the view and beach. It was perfect.
