This unique home is secluded on a 1/2 acre lot with 180 degree views of untouched land. The two rooms accessed from the car port outside are owner closets and are locked as well. \-You are encouraged to enjoy everything else on the property, but the owner does not accept responsibility for accidents or injuries. \-There is a pool maintenance person who will clean the pool, hot tub and yard every week that you might see briefly on the property. \-Keyless Entry – Your unique access code will be provided hours before check-in, making arrival seamless and hassle-free. \*\*There is a $500 damage deposit required for the booking. This will be returned back to you within 72 hours of your check out, only if there are no violations of the house rules and that the house has been returned in its original condition. You will receive a link three days before your check-in to submit the damage deposit. Safety & House Rules \*Pool & Hot Tub Safety – Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) when in the pool or hot tub. Guests swim and use the hot tub at their own risk—the owner is not responsible for any injuries.
