Guests are guaranteed to have fresh bedding upon check-in including all bedding that is in the unit! Newly decorated 3 Bedroom/3 Bath Corner Unit at Broadmoor! This 3 Bedroom/3 Bath Penthouse corner unit has views to die for, one of the best in Orange Beach! Enjoy your family vacation in this spacious gulf front condo with plenty of room to spread out. Property amenities include a fitness center, hot tub, outdoor pool, tennis courts, shuffle board, and a white sandy beach. Walk down the street to the Flora-Bama to listen to live music or enjoy great food on Old River at the Flora-Bama Yacht Club or the Flora-Bama Ole' River Bar. Rent jet skis or a pontoon boat and head to Robinson Island where the locals hangout. Just updated Living Room furniture with a comfy sectional that has a queen sleeper. In the master enjoy a king size bed and a twin pull out sleeper. Guest Room 1 has two twins. Guest Room 2 has a queen bed. Living Room has a queen sofa sleeper. \*One parking pass is included with each reservation. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. The property manager was so friendly, always answering questions promptly. The only negative about this unit was the shower in the Master Bath, the shower head really needs to be changed so you can adjust its direction. The shower canā€™t be turned on without the door being closed, otherwise water spews onto the bathroom floor. You want the water to be warm before getting in. The complex is the perfect size, an easy walk to beach. The parking garage is tight if you have a truck or large SUV but nice that you have covered parking. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful and as described. There were a few noisy railing on the balcony, however, these would be a quick fix if choosen to do so. When windy these things were very loud and interrupted sleep. Unfortunately, the pool and hottub were poorly kept and the hottub actually was closed off for the majority of our stay. With cooler weather, it would have been nice to be able to sit in the hottub a bit. The management was great for the most but when it came to any of our complaints like the rails, pool, hottub...crickets. The condo itself was lovely though. ##### Kristine C.
