Each unit has its own picnic table and its own charcoal grill located under the home. Travel insurance is recommended for hurricanes and other natural disasters. We will not refund due to said circumstances. We are dog friendly for LIMIT ONE small dog, must be under 25 pounds or less. Dog must be house trained. Dog should never be left alone in the property. Owner must pick up all animal waste and dispose of it in the proper receptacle. Any damages from dog including, but not limited to excessive shedding, stains, damage or destructive behavior will result in a extra charge. DO NOT BRING MORE THAN ONE DOG. You will be asked to leave immediately. Be sure to grab any groceries or extra items you might need during your stay on your way in. Fort Morgan is a quiet area, but should you forget anything Sassy Bass Market and Dollar General are just down the street. Start-up amenities provided are: toilet paper, 1 use paper towels, 1 use liquid dish soap, 1 use dishwasher soap, 1 use laundry detergent. All bath, bed, and kitchen linens are provided. The living room furniture needs to be replaced, you sink when you sit. If you’re planning to cookout on the grill, you can’t until it is changed out, the silverware is limited as well as towels, and the patio furniture needs to be replaced.
