This corner unit is located on the 8th floor and features beautiful décor and furnishings. We live in Gulf Shores and take pride in caring for our units to ensure our guests have a great experience. We inspect our units frequently and enjoy adding the little touches that make the condo warm and inviting. We also own and offer units 503, 504 and 603\. You can view all our units on our FB page "Gulf Shores Vacation." An oversized beach front private balcony with a panoramic view of emerald green water and white sandy beaches can be accessed from both the living room and master bedroom. You are just steps away from white sandy beaches and warm gulf waters. The Gulf Front balcony is large and includes a table seating for four and two lounge chairs. You can watch the sunrise over the gulf waters while you enjoy your morning coffee, watch the dolphins and enjoy glorious sunsets at the end of the day with a spectacular view. The living room is equipped with a queen-size sleeper sofa, recliner and chair. The sleeper sofa has a memory foam mattress making it much more comfortable than the old traditional and uncomfortable spring sofa mattresses that most come with. The living room is also equipped with a large flat screen smart TV, coffee table, two end tables and lamps. The Kitchen includes granite countertops and all appliances - side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric range and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials you need from pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, blender, crockpot, ect. There is a large pantry and lots of cabinets. The laundry room includes full-size washer and dryer plus an ironing board and iron. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, large dresser, two night stands with lamps, flat screen smart TV and private full size bathroom. The sliding glass door opens to the balcony and also features black out drapes. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, dresser, night stand with lamp and a flat screen smart tv and access to the guest bathroom. The third bedroom includes a full-size bed, dresser, night stand with lamp, flat screen smart tv and a private full bathroom. Island Royale offers a heated inside/outside pool, two hot tubs, kiddie pool with mushroom fountain, sauna, steam room, and exercise room overlooking the beach. There are grilling stations located on the east end of the building. If you would like information on shopping, dining and attractions please feel free to contact us. We have enjoyed many wonderful years in Gulf Shores and would like to help you do the same. We also provide maintenance 24/7 during your stay ensuring that anything that should occur during your stay will be promptly taken care of. Please note Island Royale is a smoke free building. No smoking on balconies or the common areas. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pipes, cigars, etc. Smoking is permitted at the designated smoking area located near the BBQ grills on the east side of the building. We had a great time on our annual Gulf Shores weekend. The condo was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Check in and check out instructions were clear and provided well in advance of the stay. We took my parents to celebrate my fathers 86th birthday. The unit was clean, roomy, and had all the amenities. The hosts could not have been more lovely. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins perform for us! The location was perfect. Perfect location right on the ocean. Also the pool was warm and relaxing. We were blessed with amazing weather so having the deck doors open to the living room plus master bedroom was perfect. All the rooms fit our needs perfectly. The beds felt like home, they were so comfortable. When we did close the doors it was so quiet. U could not hear any outside noise. We felt safe on the beach. We took our family of 8 (two grown kids w/spouses and one child each) and this place worked out perfectly. The bedrooms were big enough to accommodate a playpen for the little ones. Easy walk down to the beach and the sand is beautiful. When we left for meals or other errands, there was always plenty of parking and traffic was a breeze. We enjoyed our time at the pool as well. It gets both sun and shade at different times of the day and has a kiddie area as well. We loved the view from the balcony and were able to see dolphins in the morning. Jason, the host, was great about communicating with us regarding check-in and check-out and his wife provided great suggestions for restaurants and activities. My family and I booked a last minute fall break trip to Gulf Shores. Our condo was amazing! The location to everything was perfect. All shops, restaurants and attractions were close by. The pool and beach access were wonderful. My kids loved going from the beach to the heated pool. The view from the balcony was amazing and we saw dolphins almost every morning swimming super close to the shoreline. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were super comfortable. Having our own washer and dryer in the unit was the best and super convenient. Communication between owner was excellent. Favorite restaurants were the Hangout and LuLu’s. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend staying at this location during your next visit to Gulf Shores. We can’t wait to visit again soon! ##### Lindsay J.
