This 7th floor luxurious and comfortable corner condo has 1,965 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and three bathrooms PLUS a large balcony with unobstructed views of the gulf which can be enjoyed from the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. This condo, with open floor plan that flows from kitchen and dining rooms to living room, is beautifully decorated and includes all the comforts of home. Gorgeous wood-grain tile throughout living areas and bathrooms, and new vinyl planking floors in bedrooms. Lovely Plantation Shutters throughout. Free WI-FI!

The family room is comfortably decorated with tasteful furniture, a cozy rug and a flat screen TV with DVD player. The sofa will open to a double bed. The kitchen is well appointed with stainless steel appliances, including an under-counter ice maker and all the utensils and cookware you could possibly need. Plenty of room in the walk-in pantry! There is a cozy bistro table in the kitchen that seats two. The dining room table accommodates six comfortably with additional kitchen bar seating for four, and the balcony table seats six at the table with a great view. The large master bedroom has a newly remodeled master bath with new cabinets, granite counter tops and a larger shower. The beds have all new mattresses, and a pack-n-play crib is available for infants.

The condo was a good size for 7-8 people and was an end unit which was nice. The owner had all the kitchen supplies we needed and we lacked for nothing when we were ready to cook. We found the people who oversaw the condos to be helpful, responsive, and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

The beds were comfortable, there was every item we needed and there was a Walmart across the street, which was convenient to get needed items during the week. The beach access was private, bonus, and the pools were always clean. Security staff was extremely friendly as well. Overall this was one of the best condos we stayed in. PSA...do not try to overnight park at Walmart, they will tow you.

It’s a beautiful condo, well maintained, in a great location. The only minor complaint is the couch is very old with the cushions sunken in. It’s been this way for several years and is certainly due for replacement. A new couch would make it pretty much perfect.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in is how clean it was. The kitchen has every appliance you could possibly need. The third bathroom was a bonus for my daughter so she didn’t have to share with her brothers. My only recommendations would be to update the king bed(large craters to sleep in), have some extra blankets and pillow cases.

Teh condo is well stocked for cooking and eating in. It is also very convenient to excellent restaurants. The Seachase staff are outstanding. One small thing to know- the door between the third bedroom and the bathroom appears to be permanently broken, so the room is suitable for kids but not as practical for adumts.
