    Welcome to Island Royale 603 in beautiful Gulf Shores. This direct Gulf-front condo is located on the 6th floor and features beautiful décor and furnishings. We live in Gulf Shores and take pride in caring for our units to ensure guests have a great experience. We inspect frequently and enjoy adding the little touches that make the condo warm and inviting. Follow us on FB "Gulf Shores By Owner."

    The oversized private Gulf-front balcony can be accessed from BOTH the living room and the master bedroom. Enjoy panoramic views of emerald water and sugar-white sand. The balcony includes:

The Host kept in constant contact with me letting me know things that I needed. He also answered any questions I had. The condo was enough space for my guest and myself to move around freely. It was clean and had extra kitchen appliances. The view from the balcony was amazing.

The room was cleaner than any room. we had stayed at . Jason was very helpful. There was some problems during our stay that was out of jason’s control but he was willing to help in any he could . we would stay here again . The security guard joe was the best .

Great pick for our family! Unit was clean and well stocked with towels and starting toiletries. The owners communicated everything clearly and were responsive and helpful. Location was perfect: little grocery stop across the street, several places to eat within a mile. Close to The Hangout.

Quick stop over

This condo was the perfect break on our family's cross country journey. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. It was amazing being only steps from the beach. Kids also enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. Check in and out was smooth and easy. Couldn't ask for more!

Balcony made for a perfect trip!

We were looking for a place to enjoy with our friends from another state and mid-October was when we were all available. We wanted a place with enough sitting space for all 4 of us in the living room and a great balcony view in case it was too cold to spend time at the beach. This unit really fits the bill! We enjoyed movies at night after cocktails on the balcony. The beach was great and we spent time on the balcony when not on the beach. I highly recommend it.

Awesome condo!

We just got back from a weeks stay at this awesome condo! The condo was clean and welcoming upon arrival. So much space, we never felt crowded. Loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and having such a great view of the ocean! The owner of the condo was excellent and so easy to work with, if I had a concern, and would contact him, he would immediately contact me back. The security at the condo was excellent, especially the two Joe's that worked security, they went above and beyond to make sure we were safe during our stay here. I would totally recommend this condo to anyone. Awesome condo with a great location, great views and a great owner!!

Slice of perfection

This property is exactly as you see in the pictures. The HUGE balcony (off of the primary bedroom & living room) opens right up to the ocean view. Covered, gated parking was great. The mattresses were Tempur-pedic like. It’s not my preference, but my husband and daughter LOVED them. We did have one issue with the internet. The property manager was very quick to respond and resolved the issue so quickly! They even provide some beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, towels, etc.) I would absolutely stay here again.

Beach Front Fabulous!

Love this location. Gulf front on a beautiful beach that is not too crowded. One mile easy stroll to the Hangout. Great biking and walking location - we love to walk down to Lagoon pass and bike to the state park. Condo is well- equipped and comfortable. The owners even provide beach supplies like floats, boogie boards, etc. Super clean condo. But best of all - HASSLE free. You get the owner’s contact info and can text for any issue that comes up. Owners are SUPER responsive. Check-in and out communications are clear, concise, and simple. Parking pass included with the rental. Owners have thought of everything!

Endless views

Stayed here in April 2023. What a great Location! Who could ask for more....Walk right out to the huge white sand beach! Accommodations were very comfortable and easily could accommodate a second couple. Kitchen set up was great and there was a little convenient store with groceries and liquor, across the busy street and west about a block. They also have a coffee shop on the upper level but isn't always open so check for hours. VERY short drive to the main avenue with tons of Restaurants and souvenir shops and a Walmart for a bigger grocery shop. We walked the beach every day (about a mile to the big pier). A little further to the public beach. If you walk across the boardwalk at the public beach you can rent bikes/ e-bike. The trail system is great. Very flat and a lot on boardwalk bridges. Nice area! Best seafood (although Fried) DOC's (toward Orange beach). Best Key lime pie LULU's (fun area to explore). The beach always has vendors that have chairs/umbrellas to rent. But the condo had 2 chairs and a umbrella that we were able to use. We enjoyed the relaxing time we had. The only negative comment is the entry system key code. We found it difficult the first few times but eventually got it. But this has to do with the building not the owner. The owner also messaged us once we were in and settled to make sure all was good. The condo was the best we've ever stayed in. The balcony was the best feature it was HUGE!! A little outdated but it was well worth it for the view and beach access. Couldn't check in early which was a little inconvenient but we knew that ahead of time. The air conditioning worked great and trust me we needed it. Close to everything would definitely stay here again. One piece of advice dont leave beach chairs down by the pool where there are shelves for them one of ours were stolen.

This place was absolutely wonderful! My family and I had a great time at the beach and the place was clean and functional which is helpful! Two things I wish we had that we didn’t was smart tv’s in all rooms and a detachable shower head in atleast one bathroom. We have small girls with lots of hair! and trying to wash their hair in the shower was nearly impossible to do with a standard shower head was not happening. Note to self I will bring my own next time! I would absolutely book here again and probably will for next year! This is our new favorite destination for summer!

Always a Delight

I have stayed at this property several times and it has always been a delight. The unit is clean and pleasant. I appreciate how well-appointed it is — just the right amount of furniture and all of it comfortable, and every room has tasteful decor. The owner is responsive to questions and concerns and lives in the area (and I was so happy to meet him in person this time when he brought us some new hangars!). Island Royale itself is a lovely place to stay, with a good amount of covered parking, convenient elevators and carts, and a spectacular view from every unit. Strongly recommend!! (Note to those who are elderly or infirm: bring along portable safety bars for the shower/tub combinations — you can find them online.)
