Old unit with kitchen cabinets that would not close. Bathroom tiles needed replaced. Old carpet and couch was horrible and smelly. Pool was dirty. We also had to lay 50 for parking and was only allows one vehicle. We had to pay another 60 to park down the road. This was not disclosed up front. Very inconvenient Would not stay here again. Very disappointed
