THE VIEW! THE VIEW! 503W is an exceptional 5th floor Unit with beautiful beachfront views of the Gulf of Mexico. This Unit is the perfect level with unobstructed views of east and west beaches. The turquoise colors of the water from the Gulf can be enjoyed from the Living Room while relaxing on the sofa or the King size bed in the Master Bedroom. Both areas have full length windows and sliding glass doors opening onto an amazing balcony. Enjoy that first cup of coffee as the sun rises or sleep in and later enjoy the sunsets while sitting on comfortable balcony furniture.

503W has become a renter’s favorite with features like 9 foot ceilings, tile throughout, ceiling fans, two King Size Beds, beach toy closet for the kids, games for all ages, Free WiFi, Free local phone calls and 65” 55” and 40” Smart TVs. This 5th floor condo has 1341 square feet of updated furnishings for your relaxation. The Dining area provides that “just like home” atmosphere with lots of comfortable seating for the whole family. 503W includes a Queen Sleeper Sofa,
two flexsteel rocker recliners and two swivel rockers. It also offers elegant but casual dining for six plus three adjustable height stools for the granite breakfast bar. Sit back and enjoy the convenient wet bar with mini chandelier, sink and separate ice maker stocked with glassware for your use.

503W has a well stocked kitchen furnished for a chef! Microwave, dishwasher, electric glass top stove, refrigerator, granite counter tops, lovely tiled back splash, beautiful white cabinets, Ninja Blender, Keurig K-Cup & Cuisinart Coffee Makers (uses cone shaped filter), Toaster, Slow cooker, Waffle maker, Electric Hand Mixer and Electric skillet. Off the kitchen is a separate laundry room with full sized washer & dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

Master Bedroom: King Size bed with comfortable mattress, rocker recliner and 55” LG TV

Master Bath: Jetted tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and a 10X wall magnifying mirror. A large walk-in closet with chest of drawers for extra storage, as well as a 3 drawer linen unit are provided. Sheets, blankets and towels are furnished.

Second Bedroom: King Size bed with comfortable mattress, Roku TV

Living Room: Queen Size Sleeper Sofa, Two Flexsteel Rocker Recliners and Two Swivel Rocker Chairs with beautiful 65” Roku Smart TV

This property was great. It was tastefully decorated and very clean. The beds were very comfortable, with a large master bath for dressing. The ocean view and sunrises and sunsets from the balcony was spectacular. The condo is just steps from the elevators, and access to the beach and pool is just as easy. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and shopping in OB. We would definitely love to start here again.

Great place

Condo was amazing. Great decor, fully stocked kitchen, great view, great amenities. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again. One of the better condos we’ve stayed at in gulf area.

Very nice condo and Seachase is a beautiful condo complex

Great condo and outstanding view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Only complaint is adjacent fishermen casting and fishing in the same area where people were trying to swim. There needs to be better enforcement to stop folks from throwing bait hooks with large rod and reels in the same area as beachgoers and swimmers.

Reliving memories

I choose to book a vacation in OB with my partner to relive some memories I had with my children. Little did I know that she had the same memories while growing up and with her own children and her mother and father. We took my mother’s partner with us so she could relive many of the memories she had with her now departed husband. We had a wonderful time and were very surprised at how much the OB had changed as well as Gulf Shores. In the process of planning our visit again for next year.

The only negative I have is the $70 parking fee which I feel is just a BIT much and the elevators. There was only one operational elevator for the entire building we were in and the other one was always busy.

The wet bar was also awesome to have- endless ice and it has a blender. Beds were comfy.It was a friend's getaway and exceeded our expectations. The only downfall is one elevator was down in the building so it took awhile at times but we used the pool and gym as well. You can rent 2 beach chairs and umbrella for $40 a day in the beach.

Starter kit included dishwasher detergent but if you prefer to wash by hand you will need to bring dish soap. Lots of bath towels but bring beach towels. Extremely comfortable beds and bedding. Unit is by elevator but not noisy. Seachase is located across from a Walmart with Publix a short distance. We were able to walk to CoastAL.

Our New Spot!

My wife & I loved this place! Our kids had the best time and none of us wanted to leave. Don’t even know where to begin… the condo was exactly like it’s description and photos- clean and well maintained. We loved the layout and the extra space that seemed to be everywhere. This owner has literally thought of everything. My wife is an over packer and with this condo she didn’t need to be bc things were already at our fingertips. The beds man… let me tell you the master bed… we did not want to get out of it! We thought our bed at home was good, but we now need to up grade haha The view was great, wish it was a little higher, but if that’s my only hope, then I’ll take it. The pools are great. Spaced out and we never felt like we were on top of anyone. Our girls had plenty of room to play. The only thing we’d wish is if there might be a staff member to personally monitor the pools bc some kids (or lack of parents) take advantage of the rules even though they are clearly told not too and it puts them and others in danger. The beach access is wonderful. My wife especially liked waking up and watching the dolphins in the morning. Your close to so much. The staff is amazing! Check in and out was a breeze. We will definitely be back and telling more about this place! Thanks for the amazing end of summer memories.

Quality Has Dropped

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seachase has been our favorite place to stay in OB for over 20 years. But our last few stays have been disappointing as building management cost savings have been prioritized over the normal high quality Seachase experience that we’re used to. One of the two elevators was broken during our entire stay on the last three visits (a span of six months) resulting in periodic waits of 10 minutes or more. We could take the stairs to our condo on the 5th floor, but it was a long climb to the one on the 16th floor. Condo supplies (paper goods, soap, towels) are budget hotel quality and in some cases not supplied (Dish soap? Made us wonder if the previous guests brought their own or just washed dishes without it). The smell of the industrial strength cleaner was so strong we noticed it each time we walked into the unit and had to wash all of our clean clothes upon returning home because it had permeated everything. We hope Seachase management and owners reevaluate these decisions, otherwise we’ll look for another place.
