About this property

3BR Duplex ON The Beach, Sleeps 11 Comfortably

  • This is a completely remodeled raised beach cottage and going into my 14th summer for vrbo rentals. I recently had the deck & steps redone. We also added an outside shower to bottom of beach steps. You literally can not be any closer to the beach and listening to waves lap on the shore. I have made it as comfortable as I could with large flatscreen tv's mounted on the wall in all rooms, free wifi. There are 3 bedrooms with additional loft (overlooks the master bedroom) and 2 1/2 baths. It sleeps 11 very comfortably. 1) King in master, 2) 2 twins, 3) queen downstairs, queen futon & 1 twin (loft), and queen sofa bed in living room. There is also a playpen for babies. The deck on beach side has balcony height chairs & dining table/chairs as well as a glider bench and grill for your enjoyment. The beach is calling your name!
