Massive deck for outdoor living? Check! Totally updated home? Check! Located at the end of a quiet cul de sac, this recently updated home is just steps from the beach access boardwalk. You will appreciate the newly expanded beach view deck with a variety of comfortable seating. We especially love the views of the beach, sunsets and, if you're lucky, the Blue Angels. Pro-Tip: Because you are so close, enjoy that morning coffee or evening cocktail on the beach. The Space When you arrive, the first thing you'll notice when you arrive at Dreamscape is the large deck with loads of seating. What's your pleasure? Rocker, sofa or captain's chair? Take your pick, they are all available options. Because the deck is partially covered, you can relax in the sun or the shade, whichever you prefer! Step inside this adorable single-story cottage and you'll find a very comfortable living space with loads of comfortable seating for lounging, TV watching or catching up on that beach read. And that custom ceiling is a work of art! Gorgeous stone countertops, stainless appliances and the always popular coffee/wine bar make dining in a pleasure. Plenty of room at the table and counter so the entire group can enjoy mealtime together. Off the kitchen is a convenient power bath as well as a full-sized washer and dryer. Dreamscape includes a primary king room with Gulf views and a private bath, a bedroom with two full beds and a bunk room with a full over full and twin over twin bunk beds. Altogether, Dreamscape sleeps 12 lucky vacationers. \* One pool in Morgantown is heated. However, because the HOA maintains the pool, we are unable to guarantee the status of the water temperature on any given day. \* Renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Fort Morgan & Morgantown Morgantown is a lovely, unique seaside community featuring two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis/pickleball courts and several beach access boardwalks. When you first arrive, you'll notice pride of ownership in this pastel colored, beautifully landscape neighborhood. Guests really enjoy walking and biking along the quiet streets and many rent golf carts and enjoy sunset drives. If you have small children or just prefer the convenience of parking close to the beach, there is a public lot just to the west of Morgantown. Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's (opening soon) to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment. Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available. Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna. There are 4 trails, varying in size and terrain, and you'll definitely want to make time to visit this natural oasis. The proximity to the beach was amazing, & the owners had additional things downstairs available if we needed them such as beach chairs, wagon, floats, etc. The property manager was great, stopping by the 1st day to ensure that there were no problems. She also messaged me several times to make sure we didn’t need anything. The beach house was updated & tastefully decorated, with the colors inducing a calm environment. Best stocked kitchen of any property we’ve stayed at! Clean and welcoming home. Nice pools and safe neighborhood. We went for walks and runs in the evenings and felt very safe. The beach was clean and nice. Only thing I would mention is if you have a taller vehicle it may not fit in the under the home parking space available. We loved that the home had a hose and shower under the home to wash off the sand after the beach. The home even had some beach toys and a wagon to use during our stay! The house is well lates out, clean, updated and beautifully decorated! The location is exactly as described! Perfect location and access to the beach! We enjoyed this house so much, especially the porch with a perfect view of the ocean to see dolphins every day! We traveled to Orange beach for dinner and shopping! We also visited the Historic Fort Morgan! Absolutely perfect beach house. Unfortunately, 4 out of 5 guests experienced feeling poorly while in the house. 3 had to leave early from this trip. The property's manager was incredibly helpful and offered the use of an ozone machine to mitigate mold. When asked if mold was an issue, 3 places where mold had previously been were listed off. The floor had multiple squishy spots under the locations mold had been mentioned. We were told the floors were being replaced at the end of the season despite them looking brand new. ##### Lisa G. Our dogs enjoyed their stay as well. Very dog friendly and the area was very private with lots of amenities in Morgan Town. Beautiful pool and gardens. Everyone in the community was amazingly welcoming. Our property manager Cherie was definitely very kind and extremely helpful. She made herself available for whatever we needed! The home is simply beautiful—light and airy, with great views of the gulf. The kitchen is large, and the most well-stocked of any rental I’ve ever stayed in. It was very clean on arrival, and we found no maintenance issues at all. If we had, they would have been handled quickly, as the rental company stopped by to check on us the 1st morning! The deck is huge with comfortable furniture, and the cart with the big beach wheels was a life-saver for carrying chairs to the beach. The location is perfect, with the boardwalk beach access just across the street. We loved this place and will definitely be back! ##### Shannon S. We love staying in the Morgantown community & this rental was perfect for just my husband & myself (& our cute little pup). There was plenty of space and if we come again, we’ll probably invite along friends or family to join us. So many dishes and cookware items to use. They kindly include two beach-ready wagons. We love the closeness to the beach without the significant price tag. Dog friendly is key for us & this space was great for us. Only a few things I’d change: most of the rentals we’ve stayed at had a small stash of cooking spices and/or sprays, but this does not. Only salt & pepper! The other thing is the thread count of the sheets in the master is more like sandpaper, so if that matters to you, maybe bring your own set! Like we said!
