"We loved our stay at Coco Palm! It is an older/more traditional style resort but that was part of the charm for us. The beach is beautiful and quiet. Lovely pool, bar and restaurant and delicious Thai food options. All the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, made amazing cocktails and great food. Our room was so clean every day and the beach was always spotless. Big shout out to Nèung at the bar - thank you for all the cocktails and great chat! We hope to be back one day."

"We stayed in the Malee room (1 Bed Grand Pool Villa) and it was exceptional. It is exactly like how the pictures show. The staff are very accommodating and always looking to help. The property is located up a hill which makes the views exceptional. This also makes it a bit harder to move around as you can't walk to places but there is a free shuttle service to two beaches which mitigates most of that inconvenience. Overall a great luxury property."

"The room was spotless and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The AC is great! The resort is remote, which is great - but worth stocking up on sunscreen and snacks before you arrive. Also, the beach is stunning - starting to collect some garbage along the shore - but exquisite.

Staff can’t do enough for you my son is coeliac and they brought gluten free items for breakfast they accommodated us so well.
Kids loved the room space and pool, it’s much bigger than a normal villa my youngest loved the cinema room.
We even met the owners who were so down to earth and we can’t wait to go back.

"This hotel has everything you could need. There are multiple pools, the rooms are generously sized, and the breakfast has many options including freshly cooked omelettes and pancakes (though can be extremely busy at times). You can cut across the front road and straight on to the beach. The staff are also extremely helpful. When we realised we would not have enough time to make our flight back from Koh Samui with the ferry option we had chosen, Siri at Reception called Bangkok Airways for us to see if we could alter flights. The only thing we didn't like was our room was close to the beach and there was loud music until late every night that came into our room so suggest booking a room higher up the hill if you are a light sleeper. Also there are mosquitos."

The beach is very clean and soft sand and they offer kayaks and paddle boards for guest use free. With the calm water it is a must to go out on the water for a paddle. Even in the summer rainy season this resort experience head and shoulders above a typical hotel on the beach. If you come to Phu Quoc I highly recommend staying here."
