"The staff members were really nice and trying their best given the resources they had. They were young inexperienced in their 20s trying to run the hotel. I ended up giving them some pointers on operations and showing them how to fix the AC. They will do well once the island is completely open up. There were only two small boutique hotels opened with just 12 guests total at the time on the entire island and the only reservation only restaurant didn't open until the next day we were there. ...

"Great place to spend the night if you're catching a ferry from Pralarn Pier. The hotel is nice and the staff are friendly and accomodating. Restaurant is good and the breakfast has plenty of options include some made to order options. It was also a nice touch that they knew I was taking a ferry without me telling them, unfortunately they had the time wrong and called me several times early in the morning as if I was taking the first ferry when I actually was taking one at 11"

"My wife and I had the best time at this resort. The high level of service, cleanliness, location, staff and manager made our stay a very remorable experience. The manager took trime to meet us at our dinner table and we had a great conversation. The views are spectaculer and they upgraded us to a suite. It had breathtaking views and would definately stay here again. If you want peace and quiet without kids running around, this is the place to relax. I hated to leave this place. I will definately stay here again when visiting Koh Samui. The infinity pool was also great. Thanks management and staff for making our stay way above what was expected."
