The staff are beyond nice. They will bend backwards to please their guests and no request is too much. I broke my foot whilst staying at the Hotel and they were very helpful. All the spaces are extremely beautiful and the 2 red pools are stunning. The room is super modern all controlled by remote control and it was always super clean. The hotel staff was very helpful all the time. I absolutely loved my stay here. I splurged and got one of the secret chapter rooms and it was totally worth it. Comfortable with tons of space. Thematic all the way through. Really nice pools and immediate access to a beautiful and immaculate beach. Staff went all out with service, providing snacks and showcasing that typical Thai-friendliness with all smiles. They made sure my shuttles arrived for my day trips and even provided a to-go breakfast when I checked out super early to leave for the airport. In the second room the hairdryer went on fire in my hand! And all they did was an apology.
