"This is a great hotel, clean, comfortable and near excellent tram and metro connections. The staff are fabulous and really helpful. Being near to Galatas tower there are a large number of eating and dining options nearby. The only drawback is if you are placed in the annex there are two flights of stairs to negotiate before you get to the lift."
