"The staff was great. Very pleasant. I had 2 small issues that were immediately resolved by the staff. They really worked as a team and paid attention to guests. The hotel was clean and the cleaning staff was great as well. If I had to completely split hairs and gripe about something, I would love a better gym. This is personal preference and was easily overcome. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you to the staff for your kindness and attention."

"It has taken years for the remodel and we continued to stay during the 4 years of construction. Along the way, the rooms were always decent and clean and the hotel felt safe. CONSTRUCTION is DONE! The place looks great and the rooms are really nice."

"I booked a room online, said this BEst WEstern allowed pets. But when arrived with my dog, said they don't anymore, but would have to since the info online had not been changed. Couldn't get any hot water."

"Parking was easy and the area was quiet except for the occasional aircraft noise. The doors are to the outside and you could see through a crack in the door to the outside. Made it feel a little unsafe. Expected better from a names brand hotel and looked better in the pics. "

"Hallways had an odour that was likely due to the smoking. It appeared some rooms were permitted to smoke and a lot of smoking immediately outside the building. Toilet in the room didn't function properly and would not fill with water unless you lifted the top and pressed the valve. Every time. Staff was helpful and did what they can but likely will never stay in a Microtel again given this brief experience"
