"This place will always be near and dear to my heart. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was so cozy and loving I did not want to leave. It was a pleasure to meet Miss Jean Dailey and I hope to come back some time soon. Plus, the house is surrounded by some VERY delicious options for food. If you’re looking for a home-away-from-home getaway, that actually isn’t in the middle of nowhere, I highly recommend! "

"An oasis in a desert. Traditionally designed building, decorated in impeccable country English Relais et Chateaux style. The courage to play classical music in the public rooms rather than junk. Very friendly and attentive staff. Good restaurant: while not quiet elegance, the food is quite good. Only drawback: no EV chargers."

"There were few minor issues, they have only one TV and two living rooms so it would’ve been nice to have two TVs.The oven only works on broil when they have features of air fryer and bake, but it doesn’t work on those features.The ice machine on the refrigerator only gives you one cup of ice so with four adults we couldn’t get ice. I had to buy ice trays.Saw a few water bugs 4-5, crawling around had to kill them, thank God the house had bug spray. Scared the daylights out of my niece one was crawling up the kitchen chair. On the good side, it was a very quiet safe neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, the place was extremely clean, which was good. And it was very roomy. The entire neighborhood list power for 2 hours, thank God because the house has so many windows. I opened the windows with the screens down and then I was able to get enough air to survive having no power for two hours.The host also left plenty of hair, shampoo soap in each bathrooms, the kitchen is well designed and our overall state was good despite the few glitches listed above. I still give it a five star."
"We stayed at the cabin for my son's wedding. The house was cool! Loved the uniqueness of the cabin room. Very cozy and our adult children loved it. We used the pool table, and the back porch was nice to sit out on. The front living room was comfortable. The rooms were great, beds and pillows very comfortable. The location was close to everything yet felt private. Surrounding neighborhood was quiet. I would stay here again! "

"We stayed here for an event in Greenboro with our three kids and it worked out perfectly. The only thing is that the fourth bedroom is on the other side of the doors with the deadbolts, so we had our daughters share a bed in the main part. Two of the bedrooms had King mattresses so this wasn't a hardship. The owner is super responsive, and the house had everything we needed. The neighborhood feels safe and is conveniently located to everything. We will stay here again if we go back to Greensboro."
