Located in Guggenhausen, this newly built 100 m² holiday home accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds, one with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms. The two-storey house features a living and dining area with sofa and fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen offers an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and coffee machine. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine, baby cot, high chair, as well as toys and books for children. The house is accessible without steps and offers self-check-in.



Outside, you will find a private, 600 m² fenced garden with open terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, private barbecue and parasol. The quiet outdoor area invites you to relax and dine al fresco.



You can park in parking spaces as well as a carport space. There is a lockable bike garage with charging facilities for e-bikes (available for a fee). Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Public transport is within walking distance. Information on waste separation is available on site.



You are only 100 m from Guggenhauser Weiher and 500 m from Sägweiher. Ringgenburg is 1 km away, Höchsten 10 km, Gehrenberg 20 km, the Pfrunger-Burgweiler Ried nature reserve 4 km – ideal for hiking. Wilhelmsdorf with shopping facilities is 4 km away, Ravensburg 20 km, Friedrichshafen 25 km. Swimming lakes: Hosskircher See 6 km, Illmensee 10 km, Lake Constance 26 km.

Totale Entspannung,tolle landschaft

Pros: Unser Aufenthalt, betreut durch Uwe, zeichnete sich durch einen zuvorkommenden Gastgeber aus. Als Erstbezüger des Objektes waren wir von der Einrichtung, der Ausstattung und der ausgezeichneten Lage sehr angetan. Die Reise erfolgte mit zwei Kindern, wobei der vorhandene Spielplatz sowie die großzügigen Gartenflächen für sportliche Aktivitäten genutzt wurden. Wir kommen definitiv wieder ! Cons: Uns hat alles gefallen !!!
