La résidence dispose d’une grande piscine. Fort appréciable : de l’appartement, vous pouvez vous rendre à pied à la Baule (plage, marché, paillottes sur la plage) et au Pouliguen. En fait, plein de choses à découvrir et à faire aux alentours (sentiers côtiers, guérande, batz sur mer, le croisic, la tremblade, les marins salants.....).
