Delightful home between La Baule and Guérande

At the gates of the salt marshes and just a stone's throw from La Baule, come and stay in this charming house located in Careil and then set off to discover the Guérande peninsula with its grandiose landscapes. You will appreciate its environment, between countryside and seaside, as well as its very warm atmosphere. Rejuvenating holidays on the programme!



Welcoming and comfortable house of 110 m² with garden located in Careil, commune of Guérande, which has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a spacious living room with a television, a dining room, a veranda equipped with garden furniture, a closed garden also equipped with furniture, a barbecue, two bedrooms each with a double bed, one on the ground floor, a bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom, a washroom with a hairdryer and washing machine. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker and a Tassimo coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a raclette machine and a citrus press. The fireplace is not usable. Two parking spaces are available in front of the house.
