This was an excellent hotel to stay in the way the hotel was situated near the water the lovely scenery it had was just so relaxing to enjoy. The staff was so attentive to all of our needs , food was well prepared and the Waite staff was always there to help. I want to take this highlight the Manager Santiago for all his help is knowledge of the area and most of all how he treated us during our stay. I recommend that his hotel to all that stay in Guatapé. Thank you Tau House.

We loved our stay here beautiful hotel lovely views over the lake The staff here are amazing especially Santiago who was so helpful and looked after us We had welcome drinks which was a nice touch Breakfast was amazing you have a choice of a few items really lovely We ate at the restaurant one evening was great and the service was amazing Our room was fantastic and had a terrace looking over the lake Very clean room great shower We would definitely recommend this hotel it is only a tuk tuk ride away from The rock and the colourful town the hotel will call a tuk tuk for you Love to come back one day Wish we could have stayed longer when we left we were given chocolates as a thank you for staying there nice touch

The location, resort, and staff were great. The only down fall is that the bathroom did not have ventilation and the window in the bathroom felt like you did not have privacy, but besides that It was wonderful stay.

Excelllent on all accounts! This was the most pleassant and rewarding hotel experience we have had for years. The staff is very attentive, and unusually friendly. Smiling, helpful and a true pleassure to communicate with. (And they know English too, which is not very usual around in this area.) The hotel has a beautiful location, and the facilities are perfect. Our room was large, beautifully furnished - and had a great view over the lake. Sunny terrasse. Quiet. We were offered a large variety of food and drinks, and it was artistically presented and tasted good. Everything was above what you could expect - and most perfect was the friendly staff.

Excellent property, close to La Pierda del Peńol. We enjoyed a night here. Took a boat tour from the dock. The staff is very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The service was top notch. I loved that the property felt just the right size- big enough to have a great restaurant and nice facilities, but still relatively small (I think 15 rooms).
