Pontos Negativos: Devo dizer que não atendeu às nossas expectativas. Os principais motivos dizem respeito a um erro no anúncio: 1\. Só tem UM banheiro que está de fato apto para uso. O outro banheiro fica na cozinha, tem um metro quadrado apenas, o chuveiro não funciona e é desagradável seu local na casa assim como sua estrutura. 2\. A televisão não funciona bem. Não sai som e não tem todos os canais da TV aberta. Fora isso, é um apartamento pequeno que não é confortável para acomodar 6 pessoas como é sugerido aqui no anúncio. Acomoda, mas com desconforto. Pontos Positivos: O ar condicionado funciona perfeitamente, as camas são boas, a localização é ótima, a estruta do prédio é agradável, eletrodomésticos funcionam e são úteis apesar de antigos.
