Right around the corner with Av. Leomil, with market and bakery and all necessary trade. Apartment with 3 environments and two balconies for up to 6 people, with air conditioning to sleep 2 people in each location. Large living room with full sea view balcony, bed with two sofas and double sofa bed, dining table with 4 chairs, bar with 2 stools, 40 'led tv. There are 2 complete bathrooms, 1 suite, with bi-bed, closet, tv-monitor. And a room with full sea view balcony, double bed, wardrobe and 32 'led tv Kitchen equipped with electric cooker, hood, refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, appliances and all household items. Laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. It has a parking space to park in the basement of the building. Has beach service, which takes and removes beach umbrella and chairs, only communicate the concierge. Experiência bem ruim. O imóvel estava bem sujo, a própria faxineira que me entregou o imóvel reclamou das condições que o imóvel estava.Os colchões encardidos, não conseguimos usá-los. Estavamos os em 6 pessoas, sendo que 2 não quiseram permanecer na estadia. O quarto “suite” não tinham 4 camas como no anúncio.Os aparelhos de AR-CONDICIONADO não estavam gelando, apenas (ventilando).na sala não havia Cortina blackout o que deixava o imóvel mais que tá ainda.Por fim, o prédio em si não tinha nenhum a segurança. Qualquer pessoa que encostava na portaria o porteiro abria o portão.A única coisa que “salvou” a hospedagem foi a vista que era from mar.Nota geral 3/10.Não recomendo e não volto. ##### Edison P.
