The customer service was impeccable, everyone was so kind! The property itself is vast and private -- VERY SAFE (there is a security gate you have to sign in just to get to the property). The pools were amazing, the beach is more so to tan on and appreciate the view. The sand is grainy and there's seaweed and the actual water is dangerous with riptides. The resort was extremely clean and not a single bug in site. I think this place is better for a shorter stay as you are far away from san juan and fajardo to do excursions. I would also recommend renting a car for those reasons as well as for food. The cafe is amazing for breakfast with smoothies and acai bowls, the pizza pool bar is awesome, but the main restaraunt "Trova" is underwhelming.
