8.6/10 Excellent! (157 reviews)
This is a solid 3 star hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is slopeside with ski in/out. Ski rental on site is a plus. However, rooms are basic and mine had no closet. There is an additional daily charge per person for pool and spa use.

8.4/10 Very good! (116 reviews)
It is unfortunate that people do not give honest reviews. We are.
We had three (3) nights booked but left after the first night. This hotel is more like a hostel. The carpet in the room was extremely worn and dirty. The walls were not clean and had not been painted in years. The linen sheet masquerading as a window shade covered less than half of the window. The door shade to the balcony was missing multiple slats and did not close.
If we could rate this place lower, we would.

7/10 Good! (357 reviews)
"It was a BAD IDEA to book this place. They need a full renovation! This place should not be open as a hotel as it is!!! The hallway looked like a renovation was started and then abandoned. The door card only worked for the 5 or 6th try. A lot of things were broken. In the bathroom it was really hard ..."
