High end restaurants as well as low cost food stalls are all in the same area where locals are also getting their daily meals here. It is also right next to the #2 and #3 metro lines, which makes going around town is more than convenient. Although the hotel is a little old (built in 1997 and 2008), all the facilities have been modernized. The staff provides the best possible services; the executive lounge has wider selection of foods and drinks compared to other 5-star hotels in this area. It even offers live music on Sundays in the executive lounge when everyone is enjoying their evening happy hours. The executive lounge manager, Mr. Goto, speaks perfect Chinese, Japanese and English, and leads his team by modeling how services should be done. Highly recommended!"
