Located on the first floor. Apt has a nice balcony/porch/terrace to relax. Walk to small private beach (las monjas) and watch the sunset. We are nearby Playa Santa to rent Jet skis or ride banana boat. Details: One newly remodeled bathroom with a shower and kitchen with a 4 element glass top. There’s a shower to rinse in the side yard to take off the extra sand. (you don't want to clog shower) We have pots, pans and dishes. We have silver ware.(knives, forks, spoons) for 4 guests. We have a Futon on the living room for the kids (max two kids). We have two sets of snorkel masks, two beach chairs and a beach cooler. We have one hammock. Please advise if you are out of town and need linens and towels. (For How Many Guests) Please no jumping head first into the water from the pier. Its dangeroous and was damaged by the huricane. Do not step, touch or take the coral. Rinse with clean water snorkeling gear after every use in the sideyard shower. We also have a boogie board, two kayaks (child and adult) and a Stand up paddleboard available. We have free WIFI Please no jumping head first into the water from the pier. (dangerous) Please turn off AC when not in use. (electricity costs in PR are outrageous) Take out the trash when you leave. Check in is at 3pm and check out is 11am. That way the cleaning lady can work her magic. The keys are placed in a lock box outside the gate in front of the apartment that has a combination lock. Once you open the combination lock, keys are inside the lock box. The gate clicker or beeper is inside the apartment to open the gate for the property. The parking for C4 is right next to the electric meters (contador) Do you have an Iphone? people prefer them to send them a dropped pin. We will send you a pin Dropped Pin near Punta Jorobado, Guánica 00647, Puerto Rico — at Playa Santa, Guanica. Driving Directions: Simple instructions get on RD #2 (highway#2) to Guanica, Puerto Rico take road 116 to Guanica take road PR 325 (it’s on the left). Go all the way until you see a big building in front of you. This Road ends in a T stop. That is Playa Santa beach in front of you. Take a left at the T and the take the fourth road on the right (calle Coral). Once you pass a road on the right (calle arrecife) you will see the Solimar apts on the right go through the walking gate go to the first apt on the left located on the first floor and use the combination lock to get the keys, open the apt and get the clicker to open the gate. my parking spot is the first on the left by the meters (Please do not park in the cement slots) ## Property amenities ### Beach - Short drive to Playa Santa a public beach, and a low cost $2.00 beach Playa Jungla. Both were very nice with the latter being much cleaner. Food and drink were within a 1 minute drive. Some area of improvement are the following: newer pots and pans, the blinds were not functional, no hot running water at the kitchen sink and bathroom sink, shower water was tepid, sink faucet was not tightened in place and sink was very stained, toaster did not stay down it had to be held, some dishes were chipped or cracked or stained. The bathroom did appear upgraded. The bed was very comfortable, and the air provided for a great sleep. A place to store or hang clothes would have been very helpful. The weather and temperature were perfect, and the humidity was nonexistent. Parking was easy and close to our front door. We enjoyed hearing the ocean from the patio. ##### Bruce L. This has to be one of our favorite accommodations our trip to Puerto Rico! Smooth and easy check in and the property is clean and just as listed. We love the king size bed!!! And the beach right by the property is a huge plus. We recommend watching the sunset by that beach, it was beautiful! It was exactly what we were looking for and more! It was clean and well appointed. They had everything you needed to enjoy the ocean, right down to sunscreen! The view was amazing! We echoed it very much. This place is absolutely amazing! It's exactly as the pictures display. Edgardo was absolutely amazing, he homed us in as we got lost getting there and it was a breeze. The pier is only a few feet away, and we were able to swim and snorkel right there. There are many dining options a short walk away. The unit has a king-sized bed in a bedroom with a very cold AC that we ran at night. Our kids slept on a futon in the living room. Large refrigerator, stove, and microwave for cooking, although we ended up dining out for our meals. Very clean. We would definitely stay here again. Great communication from the host. ##### Robb B. If it were full, I guess it could get busy and loud. We were there at a quiet time I guess. It's a bit far away from supplies etc, but it's not a bad drive. Easy walk to the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed except a larger knife. We made do with the steak knives that were there. All in all we had a very pleasant stay! Thank you! ##### Simon B.
